What this covers

This notice describes information used by T4U software accounts, the software catalog and downloads, and records retained from the former T4U print workspace.

Software accounts

When you create an account, T4U stores your email address, name, authentication identifiers, and account role. Our authentication provider processes passwords and account verification. Administrators must also use an authenticator for protected actions.

We use account information to sign you in, protect administrative access, provide support, and show software available to you.

Purchases and downloads

If T4U enables a paid edition, checkout is handled by Stripe. T4U stores the product and edition, payment status, amount, and transaction references needed to provide access. T4U does not receive full payment-card numbers from Stripe Checkout.

For free or paid software, T4U stores entitlements and release information so your library can show available downloads and updates. Download links are time-limited and require an eligible signed-in account.

Email and service providers

T4U uses service providers for hosting, account authentication, file storage, payment processing when enabled, and support or security email. Those providers process information needed to deliver their part of the service. Support emails you send to T4U include the information you choose to provide.

Former print workspace records

The former print-farm dashboard and vendor portal are retired. Existing workspace and connector records may remain while T4U handles account support and data requests. These records may include printer identifiers and telemetry, order and catalog details, and account activity. Retiring the pages does not itself delete those records.

Your choices and retention

You can ask T4U about your account information or request deletion by contacting support. Some records may need to be kept for transactions, security, or other applicable obligations. T4U will review requests against those requirements.
