What this covers
This policy explains how T4U Consulting handles information used by the T4U Bambu Connector and the T4U web application.
Connector information
When you pair the connector, T4U receives the connector name and authenticated status updates for the printers you choose to add. Those updates may include printer IP address, display name, serial number, printer state, print progress, AMS material and color telemetry, and the time of the update.
Your Bambu LAN access code remains encrypted on the Windows computer where the connector is installed. T4U does not receive, store, or transmit that code. The connector does not upload print files or printer camera video.
How information is used
We use this information to display and manage your printer fleet, assigned production work, and operational reporting in your authenticated T4U workspace. We do not sell connector telemetry or LAN credentials.
Retention and control
You can remove a printer from the connector, unlink the connector, or uninstall it at any time. Removing it stops future telemetry updates. Workspace records may remain until removed through your T4U account or by contacting support.
